Duty：

1. Assist the IC engineer to complete the test platform construction and IC test;
2. Assist IC engineers in troubleshooting, analyzing and summarizing IC faults;
3. Solve the problems encountered in the IC testing process;
4. Complete the compilation of IC test report;
5. Strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations, actively and diligently, conscientiously and responsibly, and complete all testing tasks with high quality and efficiency.

Requirement:

1. Be familiar with the test principle of IC indexes;
2. Proficient in using probe table, vector network analyzer, signal source, spectrum analyzer and other microwave testing instruments;
3. Master the necessary operation skills of chip test such as chip clamping;
4. College degree or above, major in electromagnetic field and microwave technology, radio physics, electronics and communication engineering is preferred;
5. More than one year experience in RF testing;
6. Healthy body, good moral character, active diligence, unity and cooperation, rigorous style;
7. Strong analysis and learning.

Duty：

1. Assist the project leader to evaluate the technical requirements put forward by the customer, assist in the transformation from the customer's technical agreement to the R & D design scheme, and participate in the review;
2. According to the technical agreement and system design scheme, communicate with other members of the project team (antenna, passive, control, power supply, etc.) to confirm the specific requirements related to the microwave and millimeter wave modules, and formulate the specific implementation scheme;
3. Be responsible for component selection, electrical design, drawing design, process design, etc. of relevant components of the module according to the specific implementation plan;
4. Participate in the review of product related hardware design, structural design and process design;
5. independently complete the preparation of relevant design documents, such as device list, assembly drawing, etc;
6. Independently or assist in the filing of technical drawings and the preparation of technical reports;
7. Complete module debugging, testing, fault tracking and troubleshooting, design improvement and optimization, etc;
8. Sort out and summarize the feedback structure related issues in the R & D and production process;
9. Other tasks assigned by leaders.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electromagnetic field and microwave technology, microelectronics, communication, etc;
2. Basic knowledge of microwave and millimeter wave circuit design, familiar with active circuit, microwave RF circuit and low frequency analog circuit design;
3. Proficient in modeling, simulation, circuit design and other software;
4. Have thermal design and simulation, mechanical design and simulation ability is preferred;
5. More than two years of experience in microwave and millimeter wave module and module design, working experience in the same type of products is preferred.
